* Sample requirements:
collected in a disposable clean cup, urine can be detected throughout
the day, usually without morning urine. When the urine sample is cloudy
or precipitated, please do not shake. Please take the supernatant for
detection or take the supernatant through centrifugation or filtration.
* Test method:
1.Tear off the aluminum foil bag, take out the test casstte, and use it as soon as possible within 1 hour.
2.The test casstte
with the end of the MAX arrow invades the urine (be careful not to make
the urine beyond the arrow point), and after 10 seconds, it is taken out
and put flat; Or add 2~3 drops of urine directly to the MAX end.
3. Wait for the
appearance of the red band, observe the results within 3~10 minutes, and
the interpretation after 10 minutes is invalid.
* Interpretation of test results:
1. Positive: the
color of the detection line T is the same as that of control line C,
predicting ovulation within 48 hours. The detection line T was darker
than the control line C, and ovulation was predicted within 14 to 28
hours.
2. Negative: the
detection line T was lighter than control line C or only one control
line C appeared, indicating that LH peak or peak had passed.
3. Invalid: no
control line C appears at the upper end of the display area within 10
minutes, indicating improper operation or failure of the strip.
* Matters needing attention:
1. This product is disposable for in vitro diagnosis.
2. Please use within the validity period.
3. After opening the aluminum foil bag, do not leave the strip in the air for too long to avoid damp.
4. Please conduct the test at a relatively fixed time every day. Don't drink a lot of water before the test.
5. Certain conditions may affect test results, such as pregnancy, menopause, taking hormones, steroids and contraceptives.
6. There is not LH peak value in every cycle. If it is not measured, please monitor continuously or consult a doctor.
